How do I get cigarette smell out of leather furniture?
I recently inherited a leather ottoman from my grandfather and it smells of cigarettes. I have tried wiping it down with Lysol cleaner, but it doesn't seem to work. I think the smell is soaked deep through out the ottoman. I really love this ottoman and don't wanna get rid of it if I don't have to. Any Suggestions?

Try Fabreeze. You probably can't get the smell out.It is likely pretty much embedded into the fabric.
Old School Buy some lemons, cut in half, rub down the leather with the lemon, then rinse with warm water. Dry well
Please don't think I'm crazy. I think the smell will stay there untilGrandpa, stops visiting.
White vinegar is a very good odor remover.
Look for clean, dry cloth then dampen it with vinegar. Wipe leather surface and let dry. Don't worry about it smelling like vinegar. The smell will disappear soon as it dries off along with the smell of tobacco.
