What can I use to get smudgey toddler handprints off of a leather ottoman?
Trying to clean a little bit for Christmas and normally I just give it a wipe with a wet cloth...but I am noticing a lot of stuff that is more stuck on and hasn't come off with just a wet cloth. Suggestions? I'm figuring not to use any harsh cleaners...can I really dilute down some Mr. Clean?

Pledge spray not only works on wood but also leather!
pledge is good for cleaning leather ^. Saddle soap is the best though.
I don't know about Mr. Clean, but a lather with plain Dove soap works well. Just lather and scrub with a towel then buff dry and treat with some leather conditioner to keep it soft.
Mr. Clean magic eraser will get it right out.

But if you dont have one - I would use a little dish detergent - just a drop or two in some water.
I like to use the leather wipes from armoral
